We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Waking Night Care Assistant to provide dedicated overnight support to one client in their own home in the Medway Towns.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build a positive, trusting relationship with one client and provide consistent, person-centred care throughout the night.

The Role
As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you will provide dedicated support throughout the night, helping to ensure our client is safe, comfortable and well cared for. Would suit an experienced Live-in Care Assistant.
Your duties may include:
Providing reassurance and companionship throughout the night
Supporting with personal care, where required
Assisting with mobility and repositioning
Supporting with medication, where required and following appropriate training
Responding to the client's needs during the night
Monitoring and reporting any changes in wellbeing
Providing support with toileting and continence needs, where required
Light housekeeping related to the client's care
Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times
Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the care team

We are looking for someone who:
Is kind, patient, compassionate and dependable

Is comfortable working independently during waking night shifts
Has good communication skills and a person-centred approach
Is committed to providing high-quality care
Holds a full and valid UK driving licence
Has unlimited access to their own vehicle
Has the right to work in the UK
Updated DBS (preferred but not essential)
