Afternoon/Evening Care Assistants Needed in the Medway Towns

What You Can Expect from Us:
Excellent pay rates: from £14.25 per hour + mileage
Cash bonus referral scheme
Paid Meet & Greet – meet clients before starting care
Comprehensive, in-house training
Longer care calls – typically one hour or more
Fully funded NVQ Levels 2–5 (with study time provided)
No uniforms – we want our clients to feel you’re a friendly face, not a stranger
DBS cost reimbursed after probation

What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you will:
Live in the Medway area
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Be able to work alternate weekends
Have the right to work in the UK (we cannot provide CoS)
Be available to attend a 3-day induction at our Gillingham office
What You’ll Do:
Every day varies, but your duties may include:
Providing companionship and supporting hobbies or outings
Assisting with medication and personal care
Supporting clients living with Dementia
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
And most importantly, helping people stay happy and independent at home
