What You Can Expect from Us
Excellent pay rates from £14.25 per hour + mileage

Comprehensive in-house training
Longer care calls – typically one hour or more
Fully funded NVQ Levels 2–5, with study time included
No uniforms – so clients see a friendly face, not a stranger

What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will:
Live in the Medway area
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Be able to work alternate weekends
Have the right to work in the UK (we cannot provide CoS)
Be available to attend a 3-day induction at our Gillingham office
What You’ll Do
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
Providing companionship and supporting hobbies or outings
Assisting with medication and personal care
Supporting clients living with Dementia
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Most importantly, helping people remain happy, safe, and independent in their own homes
