Morning & Afternoon Care Assistants – Medway Towns
Right at Home Medway is recruiting Morning and Afternoon Care Assistants to support clients across the Medway towns. If you are looking for flexible, rewarding work that makes a real difference in your community, we would love to hear from you.
Previous experience is not required as full training is provided.

Competitive pay from £14.25 per hour plus mileage
Paid Meet & Greet with clients before care begins
Comprehensive, in-house training
Longer care visits (typically one hour or more)
Fully funded NVQ Levels 2–5, including study time

What We’re Looking For
Availability for morning and/or afternoon shifts
Based in the Medway area
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Able to work alternate weekends
Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
Able to attend a 3-day induction at our Gillingham office
What You’ll Do
Provide companionship and support with hobbies or outings
Assist with medication and personal care
Support clients living with Dementia
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
Help clients remain safe, independent and comfortable at home
