Step Into a Rewarding Role This Summer with Right at Home Medway
Care Assistant (Medway Towns)

Locations: Gillingham, Rainham, Chatham, Rochester & surrounding areas
Shifts: From 7am onwards or from 2pm onwards, minimum 5 hours per day (must include Fridays & alternate weekends)

Pay & Benefits:

  • £14.25/hr – Weekdays (7am–7pm)

  • £14.75/hr – Evenings & Weekends

  • £0.35/mile mileage reimbursement

  • Enhanced rates on public holidays

  • Paid training, bonus scheme, free parking, casual dress, team socials, and more!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Offering friendly companionship – whether it's sharing a sunny stroll or a good chat

  • Supporting with personal care and medication

  • Helping around the home and preparing meals

  • Assisting clients with Dementia

  • Providing specialist care (Catheter/STOMA support)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Full right to work in the UK
