Sounds good, but what can I expect FROM you?
For us it is simple, our staff really are our greatest asset and we appreciate each member of our company family. Therefore, we offer each member of our team:
- Excellent rates of pay starting from £13.15 per hour + mileage

- PAID Meet and Greet (meet clients before providing any care)

- Fully funded opportunities to study NVQ 2, 3, 4 & 5 (with time allowances to study)

OK, what do you need FROM me?
Ideally, you will:
- Live in Medway
- Have a full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Be able to work alternate weekends
- Have a right to work in the UK - we do not have licence to issue CoS
- Be prepared to go through our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office

- Companionship (hobbies, trips out, shopping etc)
- Medication assistance
- Personal care (minimal assistance is all that is sometimes needed)
- Assisting clients living with Dementia
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
